- Is staying in constant “high alert” mode leaving you stressed out?
If your answer to any of the above questions is yes, then you are not alone!
Doing several things at once is a trick most of us play on ourselves, thinking we’re getting more done. In reality, our productivity goes down by as much as 40%. The more you multitask, the worse you are at it.
Most of us respond to rising demands in the workplace by putting in longer hours, which inevitably take a toll on us physically, mentally, and emotionally. That leads to:
- Declining levels of engagement
- Increasing levels of distraction
- High turnover rates
- Soaring medical costs among employees.
In this webinar, participants will learn the devastating impact unhealthy multitasking can have not only on their productivity but their physical and emotional health.
