Course Description
The past couple of years have transformed what work looks like for many of us. But, now that we’re in uncharted territory, the only way out is through!
These days, proximity is harder to come by than ever. Even employees who go into the office may find it empty or populated by coworkers they barely know due to hoteling or hot-desk arrangements.
Now, in this new reality:
- How can leaders build a healthy, high-performing culture for a hybrid or a remote workplace?
- How can you make the hybrid model one of your competitive advantage?
- How can we foster trust among teammates who seldom see one another in person?
- How can we be as inclusive as possible in hybrid work designs?
- What might the future of hybrid work look like?
If you’re struggling to manage a hybrid team or workforce, use the tactics and strategies LeRoy Thompson will share in this interactive webinar.
This training is designed to help leaders and managers tackle — and prioritize — the most common challenges of hybrid working.
By the end of this webinar, you’ll better understand the key ingredients that make a hybrid culture successful and how to build those components in your team.

Why you should attend
Hybrid working arrangements can be daunting for those about to adopt them and challenging for those who already have.
Good news is that we’re learning quickly where the most prominent obstacles lie and how to minimize them in advance and manage them as they arise.
The most common challenges related to hybrid work fall under the following areas: communication, coordination, connection, creativity, and culture.
The foundation of a productive culture is the level of trust that is established among your people. The concept of remote work can challenge the ability to establish that trust in many ways. However, armed with an understanding of how we are “built,” several practical approaches can be applied.
We have many tools and techniques at our disposal and only need to develop a coordinated and consistent strategy for leveraging them!
This webinar will help executives, managers, supervisors, and staff understand the complex dynamics of remote work and its impact on organizational culture.
Most importantly, it will provide the perspective, insight, and practical techniques to not just make the hybrid model work, but to develop a thriving culture around it.
Join us to apply them now to build a more connected and productive hybrid team!
